By accessing or using the Global Neuro Expert website and submitting medical records, imaging, or related information, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or submit materials.
Nature of Services
Global Neuro Expert provides independent expert medical imaging review and second-opinion consultation services.
Services are limited to:
Review of medical imaging and records submitted by the individual
Preparation of a written independent expert opinion report
Services do not include:
Diagnosis in the context of a treating physician–patient relationship
Prescription of medications
Emergency care
Ongoing management or follow-up care unless explicitly agreed in writing
Submission of records does not establish a treating physician–patient relationship.
All medical decisions must be made in consultation with the patient’s local treating physicians.
No Emergency Services
Global Neuro Expert does not provide emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing symptoms of stroke or any other medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
This platform must not be used for urgent or time-sensitive medical situations.
Limitation of Scope and Information
The independent expert opinion is based solely on the medical records and imaging provided.
Global Neuro Expert:
Does not independently verify the completeness of submitted materials
Is not responsible for missing or incomplete records
Is limited by the quality of imaging and documentation provided
The accuracy of the opinion depends on the completeness and quality of the materials submitted.
International Use
Services are provided from Canada. Individuals accessing the service from outside Canada acknowledge that their information will be securely processed and stored in Canada.
By submitting materials, you consent to cross-border data transfer in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Global Neuro Expert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services.
No guarantee is made regarding clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or disease progression.
The independent opinion provided is advisory in nature and must be interpreted within the context of direct medical care.
