All uploaded medical records and imaging files are permanently deleted upon completion and delivery of the independent expert review report.

Deletion includes removal from active systems and routine backup cycles in accordance with secure data management procedures.

Patients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of submitted records.

Access and Correction

Individuals may request:

  • Access to personal information

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Confirmation of deletion
