How it works

Start by completing the secure intake form with basic information about your condition and medical history. This form is free to submit and allows our team to review whether your case is appropriate for expert review.
2. Case Triage
Our team reviews your intake to determine if your case is suitable for one of our review services. Once your intake has been reviewed, you will receive an email response within 3 business days notifying you of the triage outcome
3. Payment
Upon acceptance of your case, you will receive an invoice and a payment link. Note that all services are charged in USD.
4. Imaging and Document Upload
Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with a secure link to upload your relevant clinical documents and imaging studies, including DICOM files when available.
To support the most accurate and comprehensive case review, we strongly recommend submitting imaging in original DICOM format rather than screenshots, JPG files, or PDFs.
5. Expert Case Review
Once your materials are received, a specialist conducts a detailed review of your clinical information and imaging. For services that include a virtual consultation, a meeting time will be scheduled to discuss the case and address key questions.
